Whether you are at the beginning of a Web site project or the beginning a graphic art project, there are many variables. These guidelines will help explain how we organize the project and the steps taken to begin our working  relationship.

• Check our services and be sure we offer the expertise that you require.

• Review our pricing for the size of your project. There may be additional charges for special circumstances. 

• Please view our Design Agreement, to become a Web Site design client of Creative Web LLC you will need to print, sign & send this agreement to us and will be  legally bound to this agreement.

• After an initial brief consolation we must receive a signed design agreement with the initial payment. Then we will have a full consultation with you and study the materials which you provide us for your project, we offer for you to view our rough ideas and basic layouts through an accessible Internet location. In the case of larger design projects, a  sixty percent deposit will be required with the signed design agreement  for work to proceed.

• Once the final version of your project is ready, the layout and structure must be approved before launch or delivery. Balance is paid in full and the site or project is uploaded or delivered to a location you specify.

If all of the above is acceptable please complete a contact form or send an Email explaining the requirements and ideas you may have for your project. If you have seen other Web sites or graphic work that you like, please include them when you contact us, this will give us a better idea of what you are looking to accomplish.
